All the products that appear in the shop are available and are accompanied by a description of their characteristics and their price (including VAT) and other information of interest. If no items are available of a certain product this will be expressly indicated. All products are delivered ready for consumption in perfect condition and labelled; we recommend taking vacuum-packed products out of their bags at least 12 hours before consumption.
PRICES
The prices applicable to the products are those of when the order is placed. On product images or lists the prices given include tax. When you place a firm order the system will inform you of the total postage and packing charges.
Offers referring to specific products will be displayed in the offers section or will be indicated on the product or service file; in the absence of any indication to the contrary they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
PAYMENT METHODS
Product purchases can be paid by credit or debit card by using the safe server of Passat 4B, PayPal, or by a bank transfer to the account indicated once the order has been confirmed on the screen and in the e-mail that you will receive with the details of the same.
The order will be sent off as soon as the amount is paid into the bank account.
ORDER
Once an order has been placed through the system, you will receive an e-mail at the address you have given us with full information on the order, the order number, the form of payment, the products ordered, the dispatch type and full product prices, and postage and packing and tax. Keep this electronic receipt for future proceedings and so as to have the details of your order to hand.
Remember that once you have placed your order it will be cancelled if payment is not made within 8 days.
SHIPPING
WE ONLY DISPATCH PRODUCTS TO PENINSULAR SPAIN, BALEARIC ISLANDS, FRANCE, PORTUGAL, ITALY, GERMANY, AUSTRIA, SWITZERLAND, NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM AND LUXEMBOURG. ORDERS TO OTHER DESTINATIONS WILL BE RETURNED.
The expenses of sending the order will be paid by the client and he/she will be informed at all times before accepting the order of the exact postage and packing costs (including VAT) that are generated by the order.
The products acquired will be delivered to the person/company at the address indicated within the deadline indicated for the dispatch type.
Accepting and paying for the order implies acceptance of the dispatch type chosen and the cost of these expenses.
For dispatches within Spain the delivery period is between 24 and 48 hours as from the date the order is processed by Melquiades Rodríguez S.A.. By consulting your client file at the virtual shop you can see the current state of your order at any time. When the order passes from being in the “paid” stage to the “sent” stage, the delivery period will begin to be counted. If for any reason the order should take longer than 4 working days, you will be informed of this by means of the details you requested on registering.
SHIPPING COSTS

RETURNS
The period for returning products is three days as from reception of the order. Melquiades Rodríguez S.A. will either return the amount of the purchase or it may be exchanged for another of the same value, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and duly sealed.
Returns of perishable products will not be accepted once the original packaging has been opened and part of the merchandise has been consumed. Transport will be paid by the client.
If the product arrives in poor condition, Melquiades Rodríguez S.A. will assume the postage and packing costs incurred by returning it if the products are in their original packaging and have not been consumed.
Returns of expired products will not be accepted.
To process a return send us an e-mail to info@melquiadesrodriguez.com or call us on +34 980 500 101 indicating the order number, the client details, the date of purchase, the date of home delivery, the reference number of the products, and the return incident.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These conditions must be interpreted by and are governed by current Spanish legislation. Any dispute deriving from these conditions must be settled by the law courts of Zamora, Spain. This will not however prevent Melquiades Rodriguez S.A. from exercising the right to resolve any lawsuit in another competent jurisdiction.
